Bright Modern Studio in NG1 with Lift Access

You get what you pay for....eventually. Far too many additional fees and not enough notice for them. Positive: Self contained apartment so no breakfast, location was excellent for someone if you wanted to explore Nottingham and it's surrounds. In what I'd consider a studenty part of the city so plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and the like. Transport links were excellent as well, compared to what I'm used to anyways. A little bit of a trek to figure out where you enter and the building itself is student accommodation except for the 4th floor which is 4 apartments. But even with that in mind, plenty to do and explore around the area itself. Negative: The booking process in general was convoluted and the auto responses when attempting to figure out everything was frustrating to deal with, to say the least. Eventually an actual human will be called to intervene and dealing with an actual member of the team dealing with the booking process will be far more beneficial in my opinion to disregard the auto-responses and become irate until an actual human shows up in the messages. However the convenience of location comes at a fairly steep set of requirements and bloated additional fees including a 100 pound security deposit, cleaning fees and the actual cost of the apartment itself make this a location/stay for those with proper "fuck you money".

good location, poor service from management Positive: Modern apartement in city centre. Good location for everything you may need in Nottingham. Easy to access with instructions provided. Negative: Coffee machine broken, bathroom not cleaned from previous guest. Contacted property and got immediate response from chatbot saying the issues would be escalated but they never were. Coffee machine remained broken for the two weeks I was there. No human contact from management whatsoever.
